At Last! Bitter Feast Will Screen This Weekend

Right on the bloody heels of Take Out comes the glorious news that Bitter Feast is finally, at long last, going to see the light of day. In Brooklyn, specifically. The film, a splattery revenge tale about a chef and the blogger who killed his career, will start screening tomorrow at ReRun, the indie movie theater at ReBar. It will play through Oct. 21, and will afford audiences a singular glimpse of Mario Batali's film debut (not including his Fantastic Mr. Fox gig). Whether the sight of Batali in a pin-stripe suit will prove more shocking than the gore, we can only guess.
