Restaurants and bars, they come and they go. Here are a few making their debuts and bowing out this week.

Tribeca mainstay Columbine is closing after 13 years of operation. Owner Barbara Stratton is planning to relocate nearby.

The Corner on the Upper West Side closed for summer vacation back in August, but it has yet to reopen. Now, it appears the phone has been disconnected.

Celebrate Café, operated by the Lower Eastside Girls Club, has moved out of the Bowery Poetry Club and is moving back to 136 Avenue C, where the Sweet Things Bake Shop is.

Eton Chan is bringing his name and dumplings to Prospect Heights. Eton on Vanderbilt will serve them pan-seared alongside Hawaiian shaved ice.

Kuboya brings more ramen to the East Village. The specialty is Kubo-chan: a blend of pork, chicken, and seafood stocks, topped with char siu pork, scallions, and bamboo shoots.

Timi's Gelateria Classica Italiana is opening on St. Marks Place, serving vanilla-, lemon-, and chocolate-laced stracciatella.

Oficina Latina is coming to Nolita. The menu includes feijoada and other South American specialties, including tripe, blood sausage, lamb's tongue, and octopus.

Pure Thai Shophouse is the latest from the team behind the Land Thai restaurants and Recipe. Expect homey Thai food and other typical dishes.
