The Brooklyn Star Space Is Reborn as Best Pizza

Eight months after a fire shuttered the Brooklyn Star, the restaurant's former home has been reborn as Best Pizza. 
Eater Truth in advertising?
Eater reports that the restaurant is backed by chef Joaquin Baca and the folks from Roberta's, and will serve both slices and whole pies. The pizzaiolo, Frank Pinello, is already turning out pies that one Eater tipster described as "amazing." And although the crust is reportedly reminiscent of the one at Roberta's, the pies as a whole are more "old school NY pizzeria style." Which means, shockingly enough, that the city is not due to get yet more Neapolitan pies stuffed down its already oversubscribed gullet.
