Having already explored the inside of a pig's cranium this week, we've decided to venture in a slightly different direction for tomorrow's Our 10 Best.
While New York abounds with excellent vegetarian food, actual vegetarian restaurants are in shorter supply, and categorically superb vegetarian restaurants are an even rarer breed.
