Sal's Is a typical Brookyn neighborhood pizzeria, where patrons sit out late on summer evenings enjoying their pies in a blaze of neon. But will it make our top 10?
In June, 2009, we launched Our 10 Best series with a ranking of the best pizza parlors in town. The pizza demimonde has changed considerably since that time, with all sorts of newfangled pies being made available, and the ascendance in nearly everyone's estimation of the "true Neapolitan pizza."
So please tune in bright and early tomorrow morning to see what our revised ranking will be, and be prepared to disagree -- vehemently!
