It's an eventful week for Andrew Carmellini, and an even more eventful one for anyone stuck in the purgatory of JFK. As Crain's reported, the chef will open Croque Madame, a restaurant in Terminal 2 near Gates 21 and 22, this Friday. Carmellini's French-accented crepes, salads, and sandwiches will have similarly highbrow company in Jason Denton's Bar Brace, which will serve an Italian-themed menu in Terminal 3 at Gate 15.

Unfortunately, things aren't moving along in such a timely fashion in Soho: The Dutch, Carmellini's much-anticipated American restaurant in the former Cub Room space, has run into delays, Eater reports. The wait is now projected to be four to six weeks, which is probably the same wait you'll have for reservations once the place opens.
