In response to Our 10 Most Challenging Dishes in NYC, Fork in the Road Beijing correspondent Lillian Chou has sent us a handful of things she's stumbled on recently in China's capital. I'm afraid New York City has a long way to go in catching up, though there is some overlap, as you will see.
