David Santos 'In' at Hotel Griffou; Eric Hara 'Out' at Sienna and Dekko Café

David Santos, most recently of 5 & Diamond, is the new chef at Hotel Griffou, where he's revamping the menu with a Portuguese accent. [Grub Street]

Eric Hara has been keeping busy helming the Oak Room at the Plaza's kitchen, as well as consulting at forthcoming Sienna and Dekko Café in Astoria. He's now dropped those last two gigs and taken on a couple new ones: Agua Dulce and 9, next door.
