The suspect in a fatal shooting of a man at the Good Stuff Diner last month appears to have been caught at a basketball game in North Carolina.

According to The Wall Street Journal, local police in Charlotte arrested 24-year-old Earle Barranco and are holding him until he can be extradited to New York. Apparently, he was spotted walking into the sporting arena. At least he wasn't caught on the JumboTron.
