Wade Burch 'In' at Neely's Pig Parlor; Ivy Stark 'Not In' at Diego

Wade Burch, of Steamers Landing (and a recent winner of Food Network's Chopped), has been named executive chef of Neely's Pig Parlor, the barbecue joint that fellow Food Networkers the Neelys are opening on the Upper East Side.
