Debi Mazar, Food TV Star?
Grub Street's reporting that Debi Mazar will be hosting a new show on Cooking Channel, along with her husband, Gabriele Corcos. The show, called Extra Virgin, debuts on January 19 at 10 p.m. and will "explore their passionate, spirited life as they show [viewers] how anyone in any kitchen can blend the simple traditions of Tuscany with modern life in America."
Under the Tuscan Gun
In the interim, though, you can get a preview of what's to come with Debi and Gabriele's blog/Internet show Under the Tuscan Gun, featuring clips of the duo preparing recipes like conchiglie with guanciale, peas and pecorino or lasagne with pesto sauce. It's not as amazing as Cookin' With Coolio -- the best-ever celebrity Internet food show -- but Debi does a good job of holding her own in the kitchen. Celebrities: so multifaceted!
