Josh Eden Opens Ten Ten

Shorty's .32's Josh Eden isn't letting a spot of snow get in the way of his business expansion plans: Yesterday, he officially opened Ten Ten, his new Asian takeout joint in Kips Bay. Eden, who opened his first, oddly punctuated restaurant three years ago in Soho, collaborated with Sally Wu, a fashion designer, to open his new place, located at 413 Second Avenue. The restaurant offers a menu of salads, buns, noodles, and dumplings, all made available in biodegradable versions of the ubiquitous Chinese takeout box.
