Shane McBride Leaves Colicchio & Sons

After three years of working for Tom Colicchio (first at Craftsteak, then at Colicchio & Sons), Shane McBride has left the kitchen at Colicchio & Sons. After Eater stumbled upon a farewell message of sorts that McBride posted on his Facebook page, Colicchio himself got on the Twitter to thank the chef for "3 great years" and congratulate him on his "new executive chef position." No word yet as to where that new position is, but speculation will doubtless follow McBride to his destination.
