Victoria Bekiempis: String bean, zucchini, cabbage, and broccoli in curry sauce, at Lannam Vietnamese Cuisine (121 University Place, 212-420-1179).

Chantal Martineau: A drink from Death & Co. made at home: the North Garden, with applejack, bourbon, Laphroiag, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters.

Rebecca Marx: Seared salmon with red quinoa, mushrooms and shallots, and a harissa-yogurt sauce, at home.

Robert Sietsema: Texas chili made at home with (gasp!) some beans in it, too.
