The Kimchi Taco Truck Should Arrive in January

Back in October, we spoke with Phil Lee, the proprietor of the nascent Kimchi Taco Truck. At the time, Lee predicted that the truck, with chef Youngsun Lee at its helm, would hit the roads in "two to three weeks' time." As is so often the case in the restaurant industry, the prediction turned out to be a little too optimistic. But now it looks like the wait may soon be over: According to Midtown Lunch, the truck is planning to take to the streets sometime in January. In the meantime, the team is doing "some serious" menu testing and has created both a Twitter feed and a Facebook page where interested parties can gauge their progress.
