Manhattan Grimaldi's Is 'Hoping' to Open by Next Monday

After months of delays, the Manhattan outpost of Grimaldi's may finally open as early as next week.

Madison Square Park News received a tip that the Brooklyn pizzeria is planning to open its doors in the Limelight Marketplace next Monday.
We called the Brooklyn Grimaldi's (there's also a location in Queens) to try to confirm the opening date. The restaurant's manager, Gina Peluso, did say that they're "hoping for Monday," but quickly added that she "wouldn't confirm it." So, as with any other restaurant opening, dare to dream, but prepare to be rudely awakened.
