Eddie Huang and No. 7 Will Collaborate for Chinese New Year

2011, year of the (very cute) rabbit.
Although Eddie Huang has been relatively quiet since the sudden demise of Xiao Ye, he's managed to keep himself busy. Among other things, he's plotting a move to Brooklyn -- at least for two nights in February.

Huang writes in to say that he'll be in the kitchen at Fort Greene's No. 7 on February 2 and 3 to cook dinner in celebration of Chinese New Year. He and Tyler Kord will prepare a $65 three-course, family-style meal that includes beer and wine (though, sadly, no Four Loko), and will be served at three seatings each night. Reservations can be made by calling the restaurant; the menu, replete with promises of "Dericious" noodles and Shanghai duck, follows after the jump.
