The last we heard about Heartbreak Restaurant, the new German joint on Second Avenue from Ingrid Roettele, the big red sign was going up. Now, it appears, the restaurant has been up and running for a few weeks, and, taking a page out of Pulino's and other eye-catching searing restaurant signs, this one blazes bright. Expect a menu of Schupfnudeln, Raclette, Maulatschen, Käsespätzle, and various cheese fondues.
