Michael White and Chris Cannon Have Officially Broken Up
Yesterday evening, Michael White and Chris Cannon used a press release to make their much-speculated-upon divorce official. Per Diner's Journal, White's Altamarea Group issued a three-paragraph statement that the chef and Altamarea CEO Ahmass Fakahany have "ended their relationship" with Cannon, who opened seven restaurants with White. Cannon will continue to operate Alto and Convivio, while White and Fakahany will get Osteria Morini, Ai Fiori, Marea, and Due Terre and Due Mari, both in New Jersey.
