Restaurants and bars, they come and they go. Here are a few making their debuts and bowing out this week.

Gonzalez y Gonzalez, a lively Mexican joint near Broadway and Houston, is shuttering after 22 years in business.

Patty & Bun, a/k/a P&B, in Greenwich Village, one of the many hyped burger openings of the last year, is already calling it quits.

Fedora, the latest venture by Gabriel Stulman, is opening in the storied address it's named for, with Montreal transplant Mehdi Brunet-Benkritly at the helm.

The original Casabel Taqueria has been transformed into Mahjong Dumpling, offering ratatouille, chorizo and egg, fried Maryland crab, and other Asian dumplings.

Tuffet has arrived in Williamsburg, specializing in a rotating menu of 15 cheeses, cured and cooked meats, salads, and a full bar with wine on tap.

Colonie is a new seasonal American restaurant in Brooklyn Heights, headed by alums of Public. Expect charcuterie, raw oysters, and more elaborate dishes like rabbit lasagna.

East Harlem's Joy Burger Bar gets a Greenwich Village outpost. Look for its signature house sauces, like chimichurri, spicy mango chutney, and pesto.

The folks behind Le Barricou have opened Maison Premiere, a New Orleans-themed oyster bar with some 20 varieties of bivalves from both coasts on the menu.

The husband-and-wife team behind Candela and Irving Mill are opening Follia in Gramercy, an osteria and candlelit enoteca cheffed by Mercedes Bautista.

Spasso, the latest by restaurateur Bobby Werhane, has taken over the space once occupied by Alfama. Lupa and Convivio alum Craig Wallen heads up the kitchen.
