Carole Meredith of Lagier Meredith Vineyards and Molly Roberts from Gemstone Vineyard will be pouring free tastings of their wines during regular dinner service. The World's Biggest Jerk-Off
The Bell House
Sunday, January 23, 4 p.m.
After multiple bacon, chili, and even tofu takedowns, Matt Timms invites you to put your jerky to the test. If you've been known to dry your own meats, now's your chance to get some recognition for it. Spectators can expect a venison haunch deboning demonstration and tastings of local jerky from RUB and the Meat Hook, all for $10 a ticket.
