Iron Chef America Screening

Chef Nicolas Cantrel, who just won the Battle Gruyere on Food Network's Iron Chef America, is hosting a special screening of the episode this Wednesday. In addition, all five of his winning dishes will be offered Mondays through Wednesdays, throughout the month of February, including Gruyere Gougères and Gruyere and Black Truffle Gnocchi.

Sample 12 different types of sausages from Schaller & Weber and the Meat Hook as part of platters of three ($16), five ($22), seven ($27), nine ($33), and the Giant 12 Sausage Platter ($38). Order the largest platters and receive a round of 0.2-liter Koelsch beer on the house. There will be live music on Saturday and more wurst than you can handle.
