Monte's isn't the only historic and defunct Brooklyn restaurant that's showing signs of life: Thanks to HBO, Gage & Tollner is also being resurrected, if only for a day or so. 
Per Gothamist, the Fulton Street restaurant, which operated from 1892 until 2004 and was most recently home to an Arby's, is for today home to the cast and crew of Boardwalk Empire.
