Greenwich Paper Will Definitely Grow a Restaurant and Rooftop Farm

Greens on Greenwich?
A rooftop farm will grow where Keith McNally's empire will not: Three months after the community board approved his plans, Bobo's Carlos Suarez has finalized his lease for the former Greenwich Paper space.

Bobo representatives told Eater that they are proceeding with their plans for the space, which suffered a debilitating fire last February. Expect a "neighborhood restaurant" serving beer and wine, along with the aforementioned rooftop farm, which Suarez told the board he wanted to build for the neighborhood children. If all goes according to hopes, plans, and best intentions, the place should open in nine months.
