The last we heard from Barbara Fairchild she was getting ready to launch her own food website. Now the ex-Bon Appétit editor is going digital.

Fairchild's epicurean musings will now be featured in a column for the new iPad/iPhone magazine, Real Eats, which is part of Nomad Editions, a media company founded recently by former Newsweek president Mark Edmiston. The publication is currently offering free trials and will be available as a subscription.
