Restaurants and bars, they come and they go. Here are a few making their debuts and bowing out this week.

Satsko on the Lower East Side has been shuttered recently and plastered with bright orange "seizure" stickers, apparently due to state taxes owed.

Salt & Pepper in Midtown West has closed. The lunch spot was known for big plates of stewed chicken or rice, lentils and stewed tripe, and "awesome" Indian food for just $7.

Mr. Ginger, a Korean restaurant on the Upper East Side, has shuttered despite recently receiving an "A" from the Health Department.

Public and Double Crown alums have opened Colonie in Brooklyn Heights, using Kickstarter to help finance it.

A nameless coffee shop is opening at 182 Allen Street. Like its Park Slope sister coffee shop, it will remain nameless.

Mister H is the latest hyper-stylized hotel bar. Recalling a 1930s-style Shanghai speakeasy, it's now soft-open in the Mondrian Soho.
