It's time to get drinking again now that the grace period for New Year's resolutions has ended. (Who really keeps their do-gooder promises past February 1? Anyone?) Ordering off the wine list can increase one's restaurant tab significantly, though, so tomorrow we'll be presenting our favorite BYOB restaurants. Check back then -- we'll supply the list, but you've gotta supply the bottle.
