Allegedly, spring is coming, and Time Out New York is celebrating this week with a preview of the "top restaurants and bars you need to know about" once it stops freezing. Among the rag's 11 choices are Danny Meyer's Untitled, the new Schnitzel & Things storefront, Andrew Carmellini's the Dutch, the Williamsburg outcropping of the Denton Bros. empire, and Alex Stupak's West Village taqueria, Empellón. We're still recovering from last year's fall previews, 2010 roundups, and 2011 predictions, but if looking ahead helps to ease the lingering ravages of seasonal affective disorder, then OK.
