Another sure sign of spring has arrived: the Hester Street Fair has announced that it will return on May 7. The announcement came yesterday on the fair's Facebook page, along with the promise of more details to follow. Avocado paletas, vegan Oreos, and global-justice-movement-inspired ice cream flavors, you are so close, yet still so very far away.
