Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution Is Coming to a Truck Stop Near You

Even though he despaired over America's lardy eating habits, our plus-sized lifestyle seems to have rubbed off on Jamie Oliver. The chef/media juggernaut has just unveiled a monster 14-wheel truck designed to carry his Food Revolution all across our land. Per Grub Street, the Food Revolution truck contains eight kitchen stations where chefs will teach adults and children how to prepare food, sort of like a culinary book mobile. It will be accompanied at each stop by an inflatable band shell and a video of Oliver, and will eventually complement the Food Revolution kitchens that the chef is planning to open across the country in the next 18 months. Here's hoping that one of them will be outside of the Nassau Coliseum.
