The Kings County Jerky Co., the Brooklyn beef-jerky concern we first told you about more than a year ago, now has a permanent home.

According to Thrillist, the company's founders, Chris Woehrle and Robert Stout, have just opened a showroom-kitchen in Bushwick where customers can watch how the jerky is made and drink (BYO) beer. In addition to their accustomed meaty wares, Woehrle and Stout are working on something for the vegans, a portobello mushroom jerky "packed," according to their site, "with meaty, umami flavor." According to the company's Twitter feed, interested parties can arrange tours of the facility, which is located at 35 Meadow Street, by contacting them directly.
