Brit accessories designer Lulu Guinness is featuring ice-cream-themed purses in the window of her Bleecker Street store as part of her Life's a Picnic collection. On display are a clutch with sodas and sundaes embroidered on it, and an outsize coin purse showing a soft-serve cone with the slogan "I [heart] ice cream" -- and who doesn't? Larger bags depict a naive tableau of an old-fashioned ice cream parlor -- spindly wrought-iron ice cream chairs and all.
