Dumplings are quite possibly the world's most perfect food, evidenced by their prominence in so many different cultures. Gyoza, momo, pierogi, xiao long bao, gnudi ... the list of plumped, stuffed goodness goes on. So prepare yourselves for tomorrow morning when we rank the city's best dumplings. It's a hard job, but someone has to do it.
