To kick off this column toasting our favorite things, a hotly debated sandwich that's just about back in season: Our Favorite Lobster Rolls.
"Buy an already boiled medium lobster at the farmers' market or fish market of your choice, a brioche roll at Amy's Bread, a jar of mayo, and a head of celery. Chop everything up and make your own.
