Michael Sullivan 'In' at Flex Mussels; Richard Blais Pops Up for Pork

Flex Mussels has announced that executive chef Michael Bicocchi has left the restaurant to be replaced by Michael Sullivan, the longtime executive sous-chef at the now-defunct Chanterelle.
