Eater learns that Kenmare has a new chef. Gilbert Delgado is taking over the kitchen that has been left empty since Joey Campanaro's recent departure.
Delgado, who has worked at the Breslin and the Spotted Pig, helped open the restaurant last year before returning to work as a sous chef at Del Posto. He'll be redesigning the menu in the next few weeks, but is keeping many of Campanaro's most popular dishes for now.
