Mexicue's beets are headed for the Garment District.

New York's appetite for eating anything on a tortilla continues apace: Both Mexicue and Korilla BBQ are expanding their businesses. Yesterday, Diner's Journal reported that the former is graduating from the street to a storefront, with plans to open a two-story restaurant at Seventh Avenue and 30th Street. Korilla, meanwhile, isn't going brick-and-mortar (yet), but will, Midtown Lunch hears, be putting a second truck on the road. Expect expanded locations, and expanding waistlines.
