Restaurants and bars, they come and they go. Here are a few making their debuts and bowing out this week.

Edgar's Café on the Upper West Side has closed after some 20 years in business. A younger sister establishment nearby remains open.

Iacopo Falai gets into the grocery business with Bottega Falai. Look for the café's signature bomboloni, Illy coffee, and olive oil, as well as panini and pastas.

Strip House and Michael Jordan's Steak House alums open Gravy this weekend, serving Southern-accented dishes like crawfish gumbo fritters and black-eyed-pea hummus.

Pop Burger's new spin-off Pop Pub is a beer hall with a selection of bar snacks, including mini burgers, mozzarella sticks, and lobster rolls.

two8two Burger has opened in Boerum Hill. In addition to burgers, it will offer quarter-pound hot dogs, french fries, and beer.
