Ample Hills Creamery Is Now Open and Pasteurizing Dairy

Almost two months to the day after Brian Smith described to us exactly how a vat pasteurizer works, Ample Hills Creamery is open for business. This news comes courtesy of Diner's Journal, which adds that, as we had earlier reported, the Prospect Heights shop will also offer ice cream cakes and homemade cones in addition to its multitude of ice cream flavors, which include natural bubblegum and pretzel stout. Huzzah.
