Top Chef alum Leah Cohen, who left Centro Vinoteca two years ago to travel Southeast Asia, is back in town, mostly cooking at private dinners. It turns out she's planning an "upscale Southeast Asian street food" in Gramercy Park, which she'll be previewing at LTO next week.
