The Nolitan Hotel Now with seasonal American dining
The dell'Anima family is set to expand with a new restaurant in the Nolitan, the latest luxury hotel to muscle its way into Lower Manhattan.
Zagat Buzz reports that Epicurean Management, the group that runs dell'Anima, L'Artusi, and Anfora, will open Ellabess, a "seasonal American" restaurant. It will replace J&S Food Hall, the restaurant Jimmy Bradley planned to open before his battle with oral cancer forced him to abandon the project. The restaurant's chef will be Troy Unruh, the chef de cuisine at dell'Anima; it's scheduled to open in June.
