Greetings from Sheboygan!

At Sheboygan, Wisconsin's legendary Charcoal Inn, where all the bratwursts (a/k/a "brats," pronounced "braaaahts") are cooked over charcoal in a little hooded area behind the ancient lunch counter, one of the most popular configurations is the brat + burger.

Worth the trip to Wisconsin

The brat is splayed so that it fits neatly over the burger, and both patties are deposited on an excellent, bakery-made bun. Your choice of toppings, but raw onions and grainy mustard better be two of them, for maximum enjoyment.
