Laurent Gras Will Lend His Chefly Talents to Momofuku Ko
Laurent Gras is a serial dater. Ever since moving to New York from Chicago a few months back, the Michelin-starred chef has enjoyed flings with Locanda Verde, the Chelsea Market, Corton, and BLT Fish. Eventually, he plans to commit to a restaurant that's "more casual and more fun than Michelin three stars," but before he does, he's sowing his wild oats with a new conquest.

That would be Momofuku Ko, where, on June 14 and 15, Gras will team with David Chang's crew to serve a $225 14-course dinner (beverage pairings will cost an extra $125).
Ko only serves 12 people per night, which means only 24 mere mortals will be able to snag reservations, which, in true Ko form, will be accepted only via email. Those reservations, says the website, will be "starting" June 1, which hilariously implies that you'll still be able to make one more than 30 seconds after the reservation email address is announced at 10 a.m. But take heart: Eater has it that Gras will be doing another special dinner with George Mendes at Aldea -- he's not settling down just yet.
