Bravo
Like Liza Queen, Leah Cohen is taking what she learned while traveling in Southeast Asia and putting it on people's plates: Per Grub Street, the former Top Chef contestant and erstwhile Centro Vinoteca chef is planning to open a restaurant serving "upscale Southeast Asian street food" in the old Sal Anthony's space on 17th Street. It's scheduled to open in the fall, but next week, from May 23 through 27, Cohen will preview some of the new dishes at LTO. She'll serve a five-course, $85 dinner; reservations can be made through OpenTable.
