The Luke's Lobster founder -- along with Daniel Mancini of MamaMancini's Meatballs, Amy Scherber of Amy's Breads, Daniel Sklaar of Fine & Raw Chocolate, Jon Snyder of Il Laboratorio del Gelato, and Kelly Thomas of Kelso Brewery -- will be a panelist on a discussion about starting one's own food business. The panel will take place at JBF LTD, the James Beard pop-up in Chelsea Market, at 2:30 p.m. today. Liz Vaccariello, editor in chief of Every Day With Rachael Ray, moderates.
