Restaurants and bars, they come and they go. Here are a few making their debuts and bowing out this week.
Enzo's Pizza in the East Village, EV Grieve reports, is closing. No reason was given for the shutter.

A new gelato joint, La Cremeria, is opening in Little Italy proper. It's owned by 33-year-old Martino Caciagli, from Bologna.

B&B Empire in Cobble Hill is ready to bring its Montreal-style bagels to the neighborhood (which is already getting them from Mile End).

A team from Portland is debuting the Beagle, a rustic American restaurant in the East Village with a class-A cocktail program.

Jeffrey Chodorow of FoodParc has expanded the concept with BeerParc, a beer garden with food stalls from such top chefs as Harold Dieterle and Zak Pelaccio.

The owner of Union Square's Coffee Shop is introducing the Highliner in the old Empire Diner space, with a menu of diner favorites, craft beer, and classic cocktails.

New Amsterdam Pavilion in Battery Park Place has a new spot for outdoor coffee, pastries, and sandwiches with Merchants Market.

The Upper West Side gets a branch of Saranavaa Bhavan, a southern Indian in Curry Hill.
