Skeen and swine
Say what you will about Ryan Skeen, at least he's predictable. Eight months after being hired as the chef at Michael Psilakis's FishTag, Skeen has left the building.

Per Grub Street, the restaurant -- which in March earned zero stars from the Times -- has released a statement confirming Skeen's departure, though it clarifies that he was hired only to "assist" in the restaurant's launch. Whatever the case, FishTag was the fifth restaurant Skeen has worked at in three years. They are, for those who have not yet wearied of keeping score, Resto, Irving Mill, Allen & Delancey, Sweetiepie (where he was a consultant), and 5 & Diamond.

Back at FishTag, Psilakis will be running the kitchen with Stan Matusevich, the restaurant's former sous chef. And so it goes.
