All-Clad Metalcrafters at the JBF LTD
Chelsea Market
May 3-7

April Bloomfield of the Spotted Pig, the Breslin, and the John Dory Oyster Bar; Gavin Kaysen of Café Boulud; and Marc Murphy of Landmarc and Ditch Plains will offer cooking demonstrations at the James Beard pop-up, where visitors will be eligible to win All-Clad cookware for signing up to the company's newsletter.

Zuccardi Wine Dinner
La Fonda del Sol
May 3 at 6:30 p.m.

This $69 four-course Argentinean wine pairing stars the wines of Zuccardi. Chef Josh DeChellis has prepared dishes to go with the winery's Santa Julia Organica and Reserva bottlings, including a terrine of avocado and wild ramps with gulf shrimp à la plancha, Mediterranean rouget, and pintxos of milk-fed veal tenderloin.

May 3 at 7:30 p.m.

Chef Saul Bolton has created a four-course menu for the bargain price of $40, featuring ceviche of striped bass, chicken tamale with salsa verde, posole with local pork shoulder and feet, and a bombshell of fried cinnamon ice cream topped with cornflakes and cajeta caramel for dessert, with signature cocktails to go with each dish.
