Those with a burning desire to open a restaurant in the gray area between Williamsburg and Bushwick, take note: 3rd Ward is seeking "experienced, qualified restaurateur[s] with a vision" to submit café proposals for its planned eatery at 195 Morgan Avenue. You can find the request for proposals here; letters of interest are due by July 8, and proposals by July 22.
