Coolhaus Will Be at the High Line All Summer Long

Coolhaus

We've almost recovered from our sordid encounter with Coolhaus's maple-apple pie ice cream sandwich, so feel able to spread the following news: Beginning tomorrow, the truck will park itself on the High Line.

From tomorrow until June 18, the truck will be situated at Stage 2, at the intersection of 30th Street and Tenth Avenue. This location is, of course, where Tom Colicchio is opening the Lot on Tap, his big-ass beer garden. Coolhaus will be parked there from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m., serving all of its usual flavors along with a new Key lime pie sandwich called, yes, "High Lime."

After the 18th, expect to find Coolhaus at the High Line three days a week or so. It'll be there all the way up until October, when ice cream trucks go away and we become very sad.
